The human body goes through amazing changes to nurture, grow and deliver a baby. However, pregnancy and childbirth may cause strain on a mother’s pelvic floor. Injury to this important network of muscles, ligaments, tissues and nerves can lead to pain, and changes in bladder and bowel function. 

Join this virtual webinar, led by a Sharp HealthCare physical therapist, to discover how you can care for your pelvic floor during pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery. Learn how to prevent pelvic floor injury, help heal your body after childbirth and return to exercise safely without causing injury.
