Whether you’re at risk for prediabetes or have been diagnosed with gestational, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, our team of primary care doctors, specialists, dietitians and nurses will provide the expert care you need to live a long, healthy life.

Our diabetes care management program is designed to help you develop a customized plan based on your individual needs, including:
- Aggressive treatment plans for patients with an HgbA1c greater than nine percent
- Individual or small-group instruction for women with gestational diabetes, recognized by the American Diabetes Association and affiliated with the California state program Sweet Success
- Outpatient diabetes education at eight clinics throughout San Diego County
